How to sell on Telegram without a marketplace
Marketplaces bring traffic. They also take a cut and own much of the relationship. Many small shops already take orders in Direct and Telegram — then lose track in chats and a Google Sheet. You can go live on your own channel this week and turn those chats into a system.
DM sales, without the chaos
Someone writes “how much?”, you send a price, they pay, you update a sheet. Stock is a guess. Bring order: catalog, Mini App, order board, warehouse — so every sale is trackable and the next order does not start from zero in chat.
Why Telegram works for a small catalog

- A Mini App shop feels like a store: catalog, cart, checkout — without building a site day one.
- Opens and orders live next to stock in the same CRM.
- You keep the customer for repeats and follow-ups.
What you need (minimum)
- Catalog — products, variants, photos, prices
- Telegram shop — storefront where people already are
- Warehouse — remains and reservations so you can fulfill what you sold
- Order board — statuses in one place instead of parallel chats and tables
Steps this week
- Day 1 — Catalog. List 10–20 products with photos and prices from what you already sell in DMs.
- Day 1–2 — Mini App. Connect a Telegram bot and open the shop on that catalog.
- Day 2 — Stock. Turn on warehouse for bestsellers; reserve on every new order.
- Day 3 — Link. Put the shop link in IG bio / TG about — replace “write for price” where you can.
- Day 3–5 — One board. Process new orders from one board; let the sheet stop being the system of record.
- End of week — Fulfill. Pack and ship from reserved stock; write off on handoff so free remains stay honest.
By Friday you sell yourself, fulfill yourself, and every Mini App open can feed the next sale in the CRM.
